Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within similar product categories
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Apply knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial markets (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion:
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients within designated markets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
  • Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging product expertise
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pioneer Industrial’s product categories
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients
  • Demonstrate expertise in pumps and mechanical seals
  • Apply knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial markets (preferred)
  • Sales Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, compelling proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise client responses
  • Sales Performance:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Use CRM tools to track performance and manage opportunities
  • Industry Networking:
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
