About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a hybrid sales role, combining home office and in-field work. This position offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and comprehensive benefits. Hibu provides extensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of field training, along with ongoing company-wide support. The role involves selling digital marketing solutions such as Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing and retaining a client book of business, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
