About The Position

Tucker Door & Trim is a trusted name in the building materials industry, proudly serving the construction market since 1967. They are a wholesale distributor and manufacturer specializing in exterior doors, interior doors, custom millwork, and windows. The company is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead in developing their presence in the South East market. This position is considered remote and requires travel throughout the Maryland market.

Requirements

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in construction or building materials
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and grow a territory independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork
• Manage and grow sales within the assigned Maryland territory
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery
