Nation’s Best is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative (OSR) based at Hometown Building Center in Bridgeport, TX. This is a primarily field-based role, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field and 20% at the store. The OSR is responsible for driving lumber and building material sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, remodelers, and roofers. This role focuses on prospecting, job site visits, account growth, and providing consultative support to customers, including product selection, new product updates, market trends, pricing, and delivery coordination. The OSR will prepare bids, complete take-offs and estimates as needed, input orders, assist with accounts receivable collections, and collaborate closely with store and operations teams to ensure excellent service and follow-through. Success in this role requires strong field presence, disciplined account management, and consistent achievement of sales goals.
