About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a position with unlimited earning potential in the flourishing digital marketing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, a base salary, and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing company-wide support to help sales representatives succeed and grow their careers. Sales representatives will be selling Digital Marketing solutions such as Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO through a partnership selling model. The role involves cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting strong needs assessments, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. Representatives will grow their own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions by retaining clients through strong account management. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
