Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team, offering unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and full benefits. The company provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training and ongoing companywide support, designed to help individuals win and grow their careers, even for those considering switching into sales. This role operates in a hybrid sales environment, combining home office work with in-field activities. Responsibilities include selling Digital Marketing solutions (such as Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO) through a partnership selling model. Representatives will cold call business owners, prospect within a designated territory to set appointments, conduct strong needs assessments, and perform virtual and in-person presentations. A key aspect of the role is growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management and client retention. The position involves building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring each day is different.
