About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role is open to individuals with some sales experience or those new to sales, offering best-in-class training to ensure success and career growth. The compensation package includes uncapped commissions, residual commissions, and a base salary, with year 1 on-target earnings around $93,000 and year 2 ranging from $106,000-$125,000, plus monthly bonuses. The representative will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed, becoming a digital marketing expert, and developing consultative sales approaches to build long-term client relationships across various industries.
