About The Position

Concept2, a global leader in fitness ergometers and composite racing oars, is seeking a driven and relationship‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to help expand our B2B presence across key commercial markets. This role focuses exclusively on commercial and enterprise customers, representing the Concept2 brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in targeted commercial markets, which include but are not limited to commercial fitness, corporate wellness, education, active aging, and hospitality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct on‑site visits, presentations, demos, and product education sessions.
  • Collaborate with team to effectively manage the full sales cycle while providing customer service that Concept2 is known for.
  • Work with internal teams on a regular basis on projects, marketing efforts, logistics and customer needs.
  • Create sales resources, playbooks, and training programs.
  • Track all customer interactions via Zendesk, and maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
  • Represent Concept2 at industry events.
  • Support our team‑based, non‑hierarchical structure.
