About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a role offering unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This position is suitable for individuals with or without prior sales experience, as Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training and ongoing support. The role includes a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions and bonuses, with year 1 on target earnings between $90,000-$110,000, and the potential for income growth through residual commissions. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
