The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating profitable business from the specialized equipment offered by their profit center. This involves developing an assigned territory, executing sales plans to expand business, maintaining the current customer base, and contributing to the national Sunbelt branding identity. Sunbelt Rentals is a leader in the equipment rental industry with over 1,000 locations across North America, offering a diverse product mix and expert services to various customer segments.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • 21 years of age
  • Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
