Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with clients, proactively addressing their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will prepare accurate and competitive estimates using company pricing tools and guide customers toward the best options while securing sales. As a knowledgeable point of contact, you will offer clear information to help customers make informed decisions and utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer interfacing sales experience.
- Proven success in sales with a strong sense of self-accountability.
- Ability to prospect and hunt for new opportunities actively.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in water restoration is beneficial.
- Company-sponsored water restoration and HIS certification (Home Improvement Salesperson).
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties.
- Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion and structural damage.
- Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels and determine the extent of damage.
- Assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary.
