About The Position

Engage with current clients by maintaining ongoing communication to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Utilize company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best options and securing sales. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Employ prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer interfacing sales experience.
  • Strong experience in outside sales.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Eager, upbeat, and self-motivated.
  • Financially motivated.
  • Ownership and self-accountability.
  • Motivated, and ambitious.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends with open flexibility.
  • Progressive success in sales career.
  • No formal educational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions requiring excavation or line replacement.
  • Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess the need for demolition, drying, or other restoration steps.
