About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a position offering unlimited earning potential in the flourishing digital marketing industry. This role provides uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, alongside a base salary and a generous benefits package. The position operates in a hybrid sales environment, combining home office and in-field work. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, and growing your own book of business by retaining clients. Responsibilities

  • Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries
