About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions to small business owners. This role offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and comprehensive benefits. The position operates in a hybrid sales environment, combining work from a home office with in-field activities. Hibu provides extensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom training and 9 weeks of field training, along with ongoing company-wide support. The company partners with major digital platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft to offer best-in-class digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries
