At Advanced Concrete, Inc., we're growing our team and looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to help us continue delivering exceptional products and service to our customers throughout Wisconsin. As a leader in the ready-mix concrete industry, Advanced Concrete takes pride in our people, our quality, and our commitment to excellence. We're looking for someone who thrives on building partnerships, solving challenges, and supporting customers from bid to pour. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships within the territory. This position plays a key role in generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction for all ready-mix concrete products and services provided by Advanced Concrete, Inc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the construction or ready-mix industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 3 years in a related sales field or direct ready mix industry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of construction industry

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calls, job site visits, and networking
  • Prepare bids, estimates, and proposals for projects
  • Monitor project progress to ensure product quality and delivery schedules meet customer expectations
  • Communicate effectively with operations, dispatch, and drivers to ensure smooth coordination
  • Maintain accurate customer and project records within company CRM systems
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Stay current with local construction trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Participating in community and industry events to promote company visibility
