Who You Are We are currently seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and grow our inspection, repair, and violation business. What You'll Do Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities with property managers, building owners, and general contractors Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs and violations removal Conduct site visits and assess customer needs Prepare and present proposals and service agreements Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the company CRM Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction What You Bring Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales experience (fire protection, construction, building services, or related industry preferred) Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to generate leads and close deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and results driven Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Fire sprinkler inspections or fire protection industry knowledge Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or building owners Knowledge of NFPA fire code compliance What We Offer Benefits We appreciate our employees and offer competitive pay , as well as comprehensive benefits . Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (fire protection, construction, building services, or related industry preferred)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Fire sprinkler inspections or fire protection industry knowledge
  • Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or building owners
  • Knowledge of NFPA fire code compliance
