About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team, offering unlimited earning potential in the flourishing digital marketing industry. The role provides a base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings between $105,000-$115,000 in the first year and $115,000-$135,000 in the second year. Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing company-wide support. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
