About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in a flourishing industry. This role offers unlimited earning potential, including a base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected around $93,000 in Year 1 and $106,000 - $125,000 in Year 2. The position involves selling Digital Marketing solutions, such as Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO, through a partnership selling model. The work environment is hybrid, combining home office duties with in-field client interactions. New hires will receive comprehensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 9 weeks of field training, along with ongoing company-wide support. Hibu partners with leading digital platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
