About The Position
Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a hybrid role that combines home office and in-field work. This position offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, in addition to a base salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Hibu provides extensive training, including 3 weeks of classroom instruction and 9 weeks of field training, along with ongoing support to ensure success. The role involves selling Digital Marketing solutions such as Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
- Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
- Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
