Requirements

• Independent, self-driven, and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Ready to work outdoors and climb roofs regularly
• Professional, trustworthy, and a strong communicator
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales or construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess roofs (must be comfortable climbing)
• Prepare measurements and estimates using our CRM tools
• Guide customers from first contact to project closeout
• Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads during slower periods
• Work independently while staying connected to the team
