About The Position
Fenix Pest Control is actively hiring individuals to join their outside sales team in a performance-driven role. Compensation for this position includes a $5,000 signing bonus, company-paid housing, and uncapped commission. Entry-level representatives can expect to earn between $35,000-$60,000 in their first year. No prior sales experience is required, as the company provides hands-on training and mentorship to ensure success in a team environment.
