About The Position
AQFS is growing fast and looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep to join our Executive Sales Team. This is a salaried position with strong earning potential —perfect for someone who loves winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC, landscaping, paving, building services, etc.) preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Estimating experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Drive new business in healthcare, hospitality, offices, industrial, and education
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Partner with operations to prepare estimates and proposals
- Represent AQFS at networking events and industry gatherings
- Own your sales goals and results
