Now, we’re searching for a high-energy, coachable, and driven Outside Sales Representative to own and expand our territory across New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Requirements

  • Experienced in outside sales – B2B or building materials/construction experience is a plus, but not required if you’ve proven you can sell, hustle, and close.

Responsibilities

  • Hit the road 4 days per week—meeting distributors, installers, and decision-makers where business happens.
  • Build and deepen relationships that lead to long-term loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Drive growth: prospect, pitch, and close deals that consistently hit and exceed your targets.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to deliver unbeatable customer experiences.
  • Leverage technology—from CRM systems to AI-driven tools—to track, plan, and maximize every opportunity.
