About The Position

Omada.ai is seeking an Outside Sales Representative, referred to as a Field Sales Partner, to help small businesses in local communities benefit from AI-powered marketing. The company aims to be the largest organic growth platform for small businesses, providing a fully managed, AI-powered marketing team without relying on paid ads. This role involves being the face of Omada in a local area, engaging directly with small business owners to demonstrate how the AI platform can manage their marketing, allowing them to focus on their core operations. Omada.ai is a fast-growing AI company, founded by experienced operators and backed by world-class investors, and is looking for hungry, people-first individuals excited about the potential of AI for small businesses. The position offers an opportunity to be on the front lines of a significant technology shift, with comprehensive training and strong earning potential, including career advancement into team lead, city manager, and regional roles.

Requirements

Genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses
Strong communicator who connects with people quickly
No prior sales experience required
Must reside in the United States

Be the face of Omada in your area, walking into local businesses, starting conversations, and showing owners how the AI platform can handle their marketing
Pick 10–50 businesses in a walkable area using Omada's Route Planner
Walk in and start conversations, asking clarifying questions
Show examples of Omada directly on your phone
Offer a 14-day free trial to businesses
Earn $200 - $250 when a trial converts
