About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) for The H+H Automotive Wholesale Direct is responsible for driving new wholesale business growth while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing collision repair, mechanical, and Fleet Customers. This role serves as the primary field-facing representative for H+H Wholesale, focusing on account acquisition, platform onboarding, account retention, and Customer issue resolution. The OSR will actively call on collision centers, body shops, mechanical repair facilities, Fleet Customers, and related wholesale customers within their assigned territory, promoting H&H’s OEM parts programs and ensuring customers are fully onboarded and utilizing H&H through approved parts procurement platforms, including CCC Parts Procurement, RepairLink, and CollisionLink.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Outside Sales experience, preferably in automotive, wholesale, collision repair, or related industries.
  • Understanding of collision center or repair shop operations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term Customer relationships.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient with technology and ordering platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Regular local travel within assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to visit multiple customer locations per day.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new wholesale Customer relationships within assigned territory.
  • Conduct in-person sales calls to collision centers, body shops, mechanical shops, fleet Customers, and related wholesale accounts
  • Present H+H Automotive Wholesale Direct’s OEM parts programs, delivery capabilities, and service advantages.
  • Drive new Customer adoption and usage of H+H through: CCC Parts Procurement RepairLink CollisionLink
  • Work closely with H+H Business Direct (Fleet Sales Division) to identify fleet Customers who service their own vehicles and create opportunities to supply OEM and mechanical parts.
  • Train customers (in-person or virtual) on: Platform navigation Ordering workflows Quote vs. direct order processes
  • Schedule  - Monday through Friday with some travel.
