The Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) will be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that the profit center specializes in. This includes developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base, and helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity. Sunbelt Rentals offers a highly diversified product mix and trained experts to serve distinct customer segments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry
2+ years of direct sales experience
Solution-selling approach
Technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts
Project management skills
New business development skills
Customer retention skills
