The Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) is responsible for generating profitable business from the specialized equipment offered by the profit center. This includes developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business, maintaining the current customer base, and helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry
• 2+ years of direct sales experience
• Solution-selling approach
• Technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts
• Project management skills
• New business development skills
• Customer retention skills
