This role is for an ambitious and motivated Outside Sales Associate to drive business growth, manage their own territory, and achieve uncapped earnings. The Outside Sales Rep will act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division, focusing on aggressively growing sales and promoting the brand.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial and motivated to win
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes)
• 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
• Comprehension of construction drawings

Nice To Haves

• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory
• Deliver excellent presentations, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using proficient computer skills
• Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities
