About The Position

What you will be doing: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, contractors, dealers, and key decision-makers. Promote and sell our full portfolio of products (fire, security, surveillance, access control, AV, networking, etc.). Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and joint sales calls with vendor partners. Actively prospect and generate new business while expanding wallet share with existing accounts. Partner with branch teams to ensure customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and technical support. Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence to leadership. Represent us at trade shows, branch events, and industry associations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline through CRM.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of outside sales experience in low voltage distribution, security, fire, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of low voltage products including intrusion, fire alarm, video surveillance, and access control.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with CRM platforms preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory (50–60%).
