The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market penetration by developing strong relationships with new and existing customers. This position serves as the primary communication link between customers and the store, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The Outside Sales Representative will actively promote the full range of Sanel NAPA products, programs and services while identifying opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer partnerships. The Outside Sales Representative will be expected to fully implement and support Sanel NAPA initiatives, follow store policies and procedures and ensure that every customer interaction adds value. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships by calling on and supporting both new and existing customers, ensuring they have the right parts and solutions to keep their businesses running smoothly.
