Personally, and electronically meets with existing and prospective customers within a defined geographical territory. Discusses customer needs and quotes products Manages assigned territory to achieve sales plan while maintaining excellent customer service and relationships. Essential Job Functions Meets with customers to discuss company's products; may take customer inventory and suggest orders; serves as outside contact to customers for the Company. Improves knowledge of product specifications and applications and answers general questions about All Points/ Industrial Solutions/Hillman products. Improves knowledge of department operating procedures, company products, and customer account specifications. Creates customer quotations and generates routine and special-order paperwork according to established account profiles. Works with Inside Customer Service / Sales Team to finalize orders. Initiates customer call route and schedule as needed; creates daily call reports to grow sales territory to the best of ability. Treats all customers in a courteous and professional manner; continually strives for a higher level of service and customer satisfaction. Attends trade shows, association meetings and seminars as required. Deliver's products on an as needed basis.
