About The Position

Sell plastic injection-molded components to the automotive industry by developing new business, building client relationships, and providing technical consultation on material selection, tooling, and design for manufacturability.Identify and pursue new business opportunities for plastic injection molding in the automotive sector. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. · Generate leads through networking and attending trade shows. · Educate clients on the benefits and process of plastic injection molding. · Partner with project engineers to advise customers on material selection, tooling, and design for manufacturability. · Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations. · Collaborate with internal teams to produce accurate quotes and technical proposals. · Understand customer needs and target pricing for projects. · Gather market trends and key sales metrics to report to leadership. · Support clients with post-sales activities and address any issues. · Communicate customer feedback to internal department for product and process improvements.
