Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running—and we’re looking for a Regional Account Manager who thrives on developing relationships and growing business in the field. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of industrial sales experience, preferably selling repair services or technical solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently in the field
  • Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver’s license; overnight travel may be required
  • Regular customer visits in industrial environments, ability to stand and walk throughout the day
  • Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field OR a 2-year technical degree preferred
  • Experience in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined sales territory in the Syracuse and surrounding areas
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business and account growth
  • Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting, cold calling, needs assessment, presentations, quoting, and closing
  • Serve as a trusted advisor—connecting customers with Perfection Servo’s repair and remanufacturing expertise
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales resources to manage pipeline, activity, and territory strategy
  • Collaborate closely with experienced customer service and technical support teams to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
