About The Position

Legacy Assurance Plan has spent over 40 years helping families protect what matters most through comprehensive estate planning services. You’ll present a high-value, member-based program that connects clients with experienced attorneys, essential legal documents, and ongoing concierge support – not a “hard sell” product, but a needed service families appreciate. If you have experience in home improvements, insurance, final expense, or similar one-call-close environments, you’ll feel right at home here.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing
  • Comfortable with a commission-based role and motivated by uncapped earnings
  • Strong communicator who enjoys educating, asking questions, and having real conversations
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and effective at managing a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable sitting with clients at their kitchen table and discussing family, plans, and legacy
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within your territory
  • Genuine desire to help clients protect their loved ones and secure their futures

Nice To Haves

  • Background in home improvement, insurance, final expense, or similar industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Run in-home, consultative appointments with pre-qualified clients (typically 55+)
  • Educate families on estate planning in clear, simple, conversational language
  • Recommend the right membership option based on each client’s needs and goals
  • Build trust at the kitchen table, handle questions and objections confidently, and close sales
  • Manage your pipeline, follow up professionally, and maximize your results in your territory
  • Use basic technology/CRM tools to track activity, appointments, and outcomes
