About The Position

American Stone is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Professional to build and maintain relationships with contractors, landscapers, architects, and masonry professionals. Compensation: Base + Commission (top performers can earn six figures) This role is focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales through consistent customer visits and follow-up. This is a primarily on-site position with significant time spent in the field visiting customers. Candidates must be local and available to work during business hours, including Saturdays.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google Docs, Microsoft Word)
  • Ability to work both in the field and in-office
  • Dependable and able to follow through on commitments

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience (outside or inside sales)
  • Experience in construction, landscaping, or related industries
  • Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to job sites, contractors, and businesses
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline through calls and follow-ups
  • Present products, provide recommendations, and close sales
  • Process orders and coordinate with internal teams
  • Identify upsell opportunities and maximize customer value
  • Track activity and maintain customer contact based on KPIs
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and visit targets
