Outside Sales Management (1 year minimum)

Responsibilities

Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into customers
ADT customers, while selling the ADT product suite and alarm services
Help mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Assist in developing team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations.
Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of new and existing reps
Hold regular sales meetings with Sales Team
Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
Position involves outside sales work & office work (Training & administrative work)
