As a family-owned company with over 250+ collective years of team experience, we’re known for craftsmanship, trust, and top-tier customer service—from emergency repairs to full garage door installations. Now, we’re searching for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Outside Sales Lead Coordinator to represent us inside major retail stores across key metro Nashville areas. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Comfortable proactively engaging with customers in a retail setting
  • Strong, confident verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
  • Flexible schedule—including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Reliable transportation for travel between store locations
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in-store and generate qualified leads
  • Meet with homeowners onsite to discuss products, plans, and next steps
  • Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of our brand
  • Communicate with technicians, coordinators, and sales teams to keep jobs moving smoothly
  • Provide customers and contractors with proper documentation for installations
  • Attend home shows, networking events, and company functions
  • Identify sales opportunities and close new business
  • Present product options clearly and confidently
  • Help customers solve problems, choose solutions, and understand pricing
  • Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and activity logs
  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Support the Marietta office when not traveling
  • Perform additional duties as needed—every day is different!
