What You’ll Do You’ll own a defined DFW territory and run the full sales cycle using our proven Outside Sales framework. Your job is to drive first-time appointments (FTAs), manage a tight PBR (Prospective Business Report), and advance deals through a structured, predictable process. You’ll work cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, and delivery leaders to ensure consistent new MRR growth and a clean, accurate pipeline. What You Bring You’re an experienced B2B closer with 2–5+ years selling IT, MSP, security, SaaS, or similar services. You excel in a structured playbook environment, communicate clearly, and maintain strong discipline in forecasting, territory management, and follow-through. You thrive in a culture built for high accountability and zero drama.
