This outside sales role focuses on business development, B2B relationship management, and commercial construction sales within the building envelope market. With access to our full suite of building envelope services, you will be able to provide comprehensive solutions across roofing, architectural cladding, glass & glazing, solar, and service. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills / people oriented
  • Highly motivated to drive business growth and market expansion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Embody and model company values of Family Culture, JR Attitude (humble, teachable), Extreme Ownership, Grow or Die (growth mindset, motivated, innovative)
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction (roofing, glass, solar, and architectural cladding)
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience
  • Background check/drug test
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Ability to set up and climb 32ft ladder at full length
  • Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Business development & relationship management
  • Prospecting, lead follow‑up, and CRM tracking
  • Proposal development and contract negotiation
  • Project coordination from sale through closeout
  • Client liaison throughout construction lifecycle
