About The Position
The Coastal Club is seeking an Outside Pool Supervisor! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations.
- Managing the guest check-in processes and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting pool environment for members and guests.
- Oversee cleanliness of pool areas, remove debris, removing garbage, power washing surfaces, and maintaining patio furniture.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks (e.g., pumps, skimmers, drains).
- Train staff and uphold high service standards.
- Address member concerns with professionalism, patience, and strong customer service skills.
