About The Position

Eagle Landing is seeking a highly motivated Pool Supervisor to lead the operations of our pool facilities. This leadership role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, safety, and delivering exceptional service in a fun, family-friendly environment. Candidates must feel comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to lift over 50 pounds.
Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Computer literate and able to use basic software for communication, scheduling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across four community pools.
Communicate regularly with our contracted pool service company daily to ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
Managing the guest check-in processes and ensure a welcoming experience.
Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting pool environment for members and guests.
Oversee cleanliness of pool areas, remove debris, removing garbage, power washing surfaces, and maintaining patio furniture.
Conduct routine maintenance checks (e.g., pumps, skimmers, drains).
Train staff and uphold high service standards.
Address member concerns with professionalism, patience, and strong customer service skills.
