These dealerships represent some of the best commercial truck brands including Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack, Autocar, and Hino and include locations in Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oregon, Tennessee, and Washington. The Outside Parts & Service Representative is responsible for developing, managing, and growing customer relationships within an assigned territory to increase Dobbs Truck Group’s aftermarket parts and service business. This role promotes the full range of Dobbs Truck Group aftermarket solutions including parts, service repair, mobile service, and uptime support programs. The Outside Parts & Service Sales Representative focuses on increasing market share, strengthening customer loyalty, and supporting customer uptime by identifying opportunities across mixed fleets and all-makes service capabilities. Through disciplined territory management, systematic selling practices, and close collaboration with internal teams, this role helps drive sustained parts and service revenue growth.
