Promontory Club is seeking motivated and service driven individuals to join our Outside Golf Operations team for the summer season, typically running from early May through late October. This position provides the opportunity to work in a world class private club environment while gaining valuable experience in hospitality and golf operations. Position Overview Outside Golf Operations personnel serve as the first and last impression of the golf experience at Promontory. From greeting members upon arrival to ensuring their departure is seamless, this team is responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment throughout the golf operation. Team members assist in all areas of outside golf operations including the cart barn, bag room, practice facility, starter operations, course monitoring, and the arrival podium. This role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and a proactive hospitality mindset. The goal is not simply to operate the facility but to create an experience where members feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to return.
