About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc., will hire an Outside Commercial Sales Rep to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercial line of business in Colorado and surrounding area. You will have the opportunity to sell the door and door related products: Steel Doors, Automatic Operators, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware. Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts
  • Timely and accurate estimates and proposals
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must have excellent organization, communication and relationship building skills
  • Mathematically and mechanically inclined

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our complete line of Entry Door and related door products and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in and surrounding area
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
