What You’ll Do Prospect 70% of the time in the field; manage accounts 30% of the time in-office. Develop relationships with HR managers, warehouse supervisors, and office leaders. Use LinkedIn, social selling, and local market outreach to generate new leads. Conduct discovery to understand workforce challenges including attendance, turnover, and productivity. Deliver consultative account management with a focus on service excellence and retention. Secure net new logos and grow share within your local market. Track record of hitting KPIs and signing new clients using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce. Strong business acumen—ability to speak to workforce trends affecting clerical and light industrial roles. Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills. Requirements
