Therapists connect with clients in the community at their homes or other community settings, ensuring that "Every Day is a New Experience!" This approach fosters long-term relationships with clients that have a lasting impact. The Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) serves adults 18 years of age and older, providing intensive community-based treatment, support, and rehabilitation to individuals with a serious persistent mental illness (SPMI) or a dual diagnosis of SPMI and a Substance Use Disorder, who are determined to require a high level of service needs.
