The Outreach Program Manager will play a key role in supporting Banner MD Anderson Cancer Centers by building strong community and provider relationships across the Valley. This role leads strategic outreach efforts, including program development, business development activities, and community-facing events that increase awareness and access to cancer services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in business development, community engagement, and event planning, along with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment. This position requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills, the ability to build and maintain professional partnerships, and a high degree of initiative. The role also encompasses data capture and reporting, effective project prioritization, and collaboration across internal teams to ensure the delivery of high‑quality outreach activities aligned with strategic goals. Schedule: This is a full‑time, Monday - Friday role (40 hours, exempt), with occasional evenings or weekends when outreach events or program needs come up. POSITION SUMMARY This position plays a vital role in program development and is responsible for the promotion of medical services and building trust-based relationships with key referral sources to expand program visibility and impact. The position participates in community outreach and educational programs for community members as well as collaborates with external partners including representation on community committees and professional organizations. This position is responsible for provider engagement initiatives along with budgeting for specific events and collaboration with internal partners.
