Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of three to five years’ experience in a customer service, sales , hospitality or retail position
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to read, write, understand , and communicate in English
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills
  • Strong adherence to ethical standards
  • Ability to set, manage and meet goals and deadlines on a consistent basis
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult situations
  • Detail oriented; ability to manage conflicting priorities and to adjust priorities on a daily basis
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends , evenings and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Property Management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of current social media sites

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Property Manager to organize, promote , attend and execute resident and/or leasing events for the properties needing your assistance
  • Assists Property Manager in various outreach efforts: Leasing Goal Boards, Community Boards, etc
  • Oversee s social media sites; m onitors and promotes community online reputation
  • Develop and implement an outreach marketing plan
  • Establish and maintains positive rapport with residents, neighboring businesses, local vendors, and ot her industry group
  • A ctively market s th e property in support and in alliance with the marketing plan
  • Contribute s ideas to increase prop erty interest and traffic
  • Collaborates with Property Manage r to write and implement quarterly marketing plans
  • Organizes and manages all promotional items for the site
  • Restocks outreach collateral for designated property partners, business , offices, schools and medical facilities
  • Maintain s courteous communications and follow-up correspondence with property partners and representatives of other companies
  • Assists with res ident retention through community events
  • Participates in company required training by established deadline
  • Complies with all Fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulation, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws
  • Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned
