About The Position

We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships. Serve as an integral member of the Operations team, providing front-line support to job seekers Greet clients and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming, professional first impression Conduct client outreach and schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Quickly assess job seeker needs and guide individuals through appropriate employment and career services Provide an overview of career center programs and services, directing job seekers to the right resources promptly Deliver social service referrals based on individual job seeker needs Support job seekers in the resource room, with a strong focus on encouraging and empowering self-service and use of available tools Assist with outreach to individuals on the Unemployment Compensation Exhaustee list Screen and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Maintain accurate referral logs and documentation

Requirements

  • Strong customer service background with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
  • Familiarity with commonly used job search websites, tools, and employment resources
  • Comfortable building connections with individuals both in person and over the phone
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

Responsibilities
