Outreach and Education Analyst, PHIEA
About The Position
As an Outreach & Education Analyst, you will support the implementation of Pennie's outreach and education strategy, helping to increase awareness of Pennie and connect Pennsylvanians to health coverage. You will engage with consumers and stakeholders to educate them about the importance of health coverage, highlight available resources, and facilitate informed consumer decision-making. In this role, you will be representing Pennie across the Commonwealth at public-facing outreach and education opportunities including community events, meetings, trainings, and conferences.
Requirements
- Two years of professional experience in community outreach, community education, and/or stakeholder engagement; and a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, public health, public administration, communications, public relations, marketing (or equivalent education and experience).
- You must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Allegheny, Beaver, Washington, or Westmoreland County.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Affordable Care Act (ACA) state-based exchanges and/or Medicaid programs.
- Fluency in Spanish.
